We don’t count the number of classes you come to. The most important thing is that when you come to class you do your best. Like everything else in life, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.
Are beginners welcome?
Of course. We warmly welcome new and beginning students. Tuesday evening class is particularly geared towards the beginner, but you are welcome to attend all of our classes at any time.
Do I need a gi (traditional martial arts uniform)?
Don’t let that stop you. You should come in comfortable work-out clothes. A loose fitting cotton t-shirt and a pair of sweat or running pants work well. Please remove shoes, socks and jewelry before class starts.
