Special Training is open to all SKA members who have permission from the Dojo leader to attend. A description of Special Training can be found on the
SKA website.
What to bring to Special Training
Cash (for gas, Friday night dinner, etc) - WINTER AT STANFORD
Medical Insurance card Food (granola bars, fruit, bagels?) Water bottle Gatorade fork/spoon/knife Toothpaste/toiletries Band-Aids and tape Sports Cream/Bengay Advil Plastic bags for ice Slippers/sandals Running shoes Underwear - 9+ changes Gis - at least 2 Gloves and mouthpiece T-shirts 4-5, jeans, shorts Sweats, jacket/gloves Towels Laundry bag, laundry soap and quarters Alarm clock Sleeping bag Camera Umbrella Reading material Remember that at Stanford Winter Special Training you are responsible for your own meals. |
